    ALL SONY LCDs. My 2009 Bravia KDL52VL150 has the same pic problem. It appeared on 26th month after 24th month warranty expired. It is not a T-Con board problem!!! Put your finger on the top left front ribbon connector and this problem appears. Unplug, wait 2 minutes or so and turn back on. The picture will be fine. Apply an electrical black tape across ribbon cable and retry. You will find that the T-con works fine if the ribbon cable is fine.
