How to fix lag on LCD HDTV 's HDMI Insignia or all lcd tv's on xbox 360 all video games

This is a video of how i fixed the lag on my Insignia LCD HDTV. -What you do is you turn off your digit clear motion(DCM) so that your tv will not lag when you play video games. -This video was made using the Call of duty: Modern Warfare 2 xbox 360 game. -I USED AN EBAY HDMI CABLE ON THIS VIDEO.(works perfect, lol) -To turn off your DCM: -Go to Menu(on controller or button on side of tv) -Go to Advanced settings -Then go to DCM and turn it off. Subscribe and ask for more videos, If i dont know the answer, ill find it for you.(aka: ill give you an answer).

Samsung LCD TV: Failed Power On (Clicking) Repair - LCD Television

Samsung LCD TV: Failed Power On (Clicking) Repair

Disclaimer, I take no responsibility for any harm done while attempting this. This is a fairly straight forward and easy fix, but if you doubt your abilities, please consult someone who knows what they're doing. Here we are taking a look at a Samsung LNT4665FX TV with the commonly know "clicking" issue. This is a common problem among several Samsung TV's made around this time and spans across several model numbers and TV sizes. Parts and tools needed. I used a #3 Phillips head screw driver for everything. You will also need a soldering iron (I used a selectable 20w/40w, but any smaller pencil type should work) Desoldering wire wick or a solder sucker is very useful, but not necessary. Solder flux and, of course, solder. The capacitors used were bought from Radio Shack, part number: 2721032. They are 1000uf 35v capacitors. These are not the exact part number or specs of the original capacitors, but they do work and are readily available.

  8. lol thanks for comment

  9. other companies call this feature something else, but it does the same thing. i have heard like noise reduction, motion plus, etc... Some t.v.s just have to turn on game mode to get rid of lag.

Now the screen comes on for about 2 seconds while making a loud buzzing noise then the screen goes black and the buzzing stops but the tv stays on. Can you help me out?

  30. Don't i have to discharge anything? And if i have to... how do i do it? You said we work with little capacitors where it's kinda ok... but what about the screen? Doesnt the screen save electricity too?

    ReplyDelete
  31. We had the same issue with our Samsung (LN46A750R1FXZC). Had to replace two capacitors. Followed your step-by-step DIY video and TV is now working perfectly. Thank you!

    ReplyDelete
  32. Hi.. I have the same issue. The TV recycles and does not start up for a while. I opened up the back, but all of my capacitors look fine (no bulge or leaks). My problem is about 2 weeks old now. Any thoughts, please?

    ReplyDelete
  33. where do u buy the capacitors???

    ReplyDelete
  34. My TV is having the exact same problem. However, after looking at the board, none of the capacitors are bulging or look to be leaking. Is there another symptom I should look for in the capacitors to find the bad ones? Thank you!

    ReplyDelete
  35. Just used this to help fix my TV. Took 10 mins and it's working brilliantly!

  36. every body there is a page on facebook tis called fuck samsung go like it

  37. If this dosent work make sure all the phase alignment coils are peaked and the transratiometric detector is properly balanced.
Then inject a circular wave about 1A P-P into TP31C and listen for feedback around the modulator. If any is found, replace
    F4.

    ReplyDelete
  38. #1 Verify the polarity (the positive + long leg of capacitor is in the correct hole on the board) for all 4 of the new ones you put on. #2 If the polarity is correct on all of them, then you most likely have a bad/dirty solder not making the connection which acts like having a bad or no capacitor at all.

    ReplyDelete
  39. It makes no difference. As long as the uF rating is correct, you can always use a higher rated voltage cap. Just don't use a lower one.

  41. Hey I have the 52" Samsung LCD and after I took it apart I noticed that the capacitors that I had that were messed up were different. Two of mine are 1000uf @ 25v and the other is 1000uf @ 10v. Does it matter if I use the 3 1000uf @ 35v that I have purchased or do I need to go and get the right ones now? Thanks so much.

    ReplyDelete
  42. REPLACE ALL THE CAPACITORS IN LINE WITH THE HEAT SINK.

    ReplyDelete
  43. My power button light stays on (RED).. does not blink. Power button doesn't work.. doesn't click or nothing when pressing remote or button. I unplugged/replugged.. still nothing... initially I thought bulb... but wanted to research first.. seems most folks are having issues with the capacitors..

    ReplyDelete
  44. If you don't know what needle nose pliers are you shouldn't be doing this...

    ReplyDelete
  45. LOL The replacement Cap was 1000uf @ 35V NOT 100uf@35V

    ReplyDelete
  46. I had this exact TV, with this exact problem. I watched the video, did the repairs and it works great! (The only difference was that on my TV, The capacitors were 1000uf @25V and the replacement capacitors are 100uf @ 35V )Thanks much....You saved me over $200 in repairs!! Thanks again!
