Sabrina Down Under - television
Sabrina Down Under
Sabrina, Down Under is a 1999 television movie produced for ABC. It is a sequel to Sabrina Goes to Rome and is a companion to the Sabrina, the Teenage Witch TV series. The movie features only two characters from the TV series: teenage witch Sabrina Spellman (played by Melissa Joan Hart), and talking cat Salem Saberhagen (voiced by Nick Bakay). Lindsay Sloane was also a regular actress in the TV series, but in this movie she plays a different character. Tara Strong reprises her role as Gwen from Sabrina Goes to Rome. As the movie is set in Australia, none of the scenes are filmed on the original set of the series. The film was directed by Kenneth R. Koch, who helped to produce Sabrina Goes to Rome. He also directed many episodes of the series and was a prominent producer of the show.

ReplyDeleteI know right! There should be some sort of petition that can be done to stop this mess.
ReplyDeleteWe need to boycott this ASAP. They're going to ruin our wonderful childhood memories of this show!
ReplyDeleteThey are actually planing on making a reboot of the Sabrina series but it will be a bit different. Were they are going to make her look as a hero and salem is going to be a prince turned into a cat. Same idea as Spider-man. Apparently they are trying to make it edgier. So they are going to make it darker and she falls for cat. Talk about messed up! Hollywood always knows how to ruin good things sometimes.
ReplyDeleteCos that's how Australians talk!
ReplyDeleteHa! I like that cat!

wow I can't believe Lindsay was in the movie again but not as Sabrina's best friend Valerie. IT's too bad Nate and Melissa didn't do a marriage episode for the show. That would have been an amazing episode.
ReplyDeleteis valerie the mermaid?? O___O
ReplyDeleteyes... I think she's XD
