Agency - tv
Agency
Canada (1980) A mysterious millionaire buys an ad agency and begins to replace its employees with his own people, who don't appear to be advertising types at all. A copywriter begins to suspect that the man isn't interested in selling products as much as he is in inserting his own sinister political beliefs into the commercials the agency runs on TV in order to subliminally brainwash an unsuspecting public into supporting the causes and candidates he wants them to. When the copywriter confides his suspicions to a friend and soon afterwards is mysteriously killed, his friend begins his own investigation.

ReplyDelete"You see what they've done? They silenced Quinn". Oh Lee, you make Chuck Norris look like a pussy who's scared of girls.
ReplyDeleteThis is what Mad MEN would look like if Lee Majors was Don Draper.
ReplyDeletethaks wonderful film
ReplyDelete
thank you for give the AGENCY.
ReplyDeleteAnother really good movie about the media. Although the sinister aspect is less, and the movie is a comedy, still 'Wag the dog' is a good movie about elections and media lies. 1997.
ReplyDeleteYa it is. And that movie and the techniques were 30+ years ago, imagine what they can do now. That probably I instinctively dislike most television and most movies.
ReplyDelete1:24:00 when movie gets good.
ReplyDelete"9 to 11"
Mickey Mouse/Disney is in the brainwash business.
ReplyDeleteMiller High Life advertising/product placement in this movie.
ReplyDeleteIs it supposed to skip every 5 seconds?
ReplyDeletevery enlightening though the concept of subliminal messaging has been around for over 60+ years and then some. i just wish that the 80 percent who are and have been brainwashed over the years would be able or are able to digest what is true and what is false in govt main stream medias. remember citizen cain.
ReplyDeleteLike to see a better copy! Good movie...fight the the NWO
ReplyDeleteI went to Sheridan College in Oakville in the early 90's, Paul Gottlieb, writer of the novel this movie is based on, was my program director. He was an awesome guy.

ReplyDeleteYeah what if he has a walk-in freezer. TV news tonight's lead story: lead anchor" Who was born today?" bubble headed bleach blonde co anchor" Uh nobody" lead anchor replies "No I mean in history before they changed the water."

ReplyDeleteThe Corporate Elite, after Truman and D.D.Eisenhauwer .Who warned about the Corporations taking over.Kennedy, opened the door, and was snuffed.Since then it's in your face."The Bradley",took 14 years to design,at 16 BILLION DOLLARS,of tax money. We have been at war ever since.New World Order, taking over the world. To me,SO WHAT,someone's got to,at least OUR government shares the loot with us.WE are well fed, entertained, and spoiled rotten, not bad huh ??
ReplyDeletePhilip Morgan, as in JP Morgan. As in JPMorgan Chase. As in 2 trillion dollars in assets. See JPMorgan and Rothchild.
ReplyDeleteWhat couldn't they do, and make us feel it was ok? Who couldn't they criminalize. Simple as black and white, fear and love, left and right, divide and conquer. And who wants to admit they don't have control of their own mind, which would have to be any ones argument.
ReplyDeletesigned Effected.

ReplyDeleteI love snakes and for the last few years I have been begging my mom to get a snake. (She has a fear of snakes, so I have no idea why I'm trying.) But a few videos back, I've seen a beautiful snake that I ABSOLUTLY want. It was the clear blue eyed leucistic ball python. I'm majorly in love and very depressed that I can't have one until I move out of my house. I admire what you guys do! And I hope to get my future snake from you guys!
ReplyDeleteBHB reptiles in google =)
ReplyDelete@SnakeBytesTV do you have any Chinese Beauty Snakes? I think it would be a great project
